Tomme is a special cheese because it’s made on the same farm from which its milk is sourced and it takes on the taste of the region where it’s produced. That’s why this cheese is named after the county in Ohio where our family farm is located. This semi-hard, natural rind cheese has a smooth, firm texture. It’s pure and simple, yet robust with a buttery, nutty, earthy flavor. Aged at least 3 months. Shelf life approximately 6 months
